We also have a personal trainer available who can customize a program that will work for you! We also have a silver sneakers program for those eligible for medicare to pay for your membership.

RecommendedGreat people and a great facility. This is a full service gym includes weights machines pool sauna whirlpool tennis racquet ball basketball.
This establishment is one if the best gyms I've been to while traveling. The daily, weekly, monthly fees are fair for everything they have to offer. while staying here in Monticello I will be visiting more than once.

swimming is always great the pool area is really clean and not over crowded. plus there is a hot tub.

Yoga classes. Monday Thursday and Saturday
Black mold and pool problems. Would need a total renovation. Sorry. Constant hot tub issues as well. Could be a great facility.
