I love this gym! It never gets crowded like other big chain gyms. It is privately owned with a client base that all knows and loves each other. It has all the equipment you could need for all kinds of training. Even at busy hours you do not have to fight for machines. They also just built an awesome sauna. It’s definitely a hidden gem here in Bakersfield.

Been coming here for 3 years now. Nice, quiet, friendly, and not overly crowded. A good place for senior citizens like me.

I’ve had a really positive experience at this gym and I’ve been coming here for years. The staff are super friendly and always attentive if you need anything. The overall vibe is welcoming, and everyone is genuinely nice. It’s a great place to get your workout in and feel comfortable doing it.

Great gym, very spacious and lots of workout equipment. Best part I like about the gym is the 24/7 access! Get ur workout in and get out.
