Refuge camp style accommodation, created due to AirBNB and negative gearing, leaving potential local student share houses empty. The interiors of the 16 Apartments are painted in horrible pastel colours, with dirty grey carpets and repressive brick walls. It's an interior design nightmare created by an architectual fashion victim.
