great hair I always go to Jill. She is awesome and always does an amazing job on my hair. She doesn't charge an arm and a leg either. ($55 for highlight, low lights and cut!) Beware though, not all of the stylists there charge the same prices. It is not the "trendiest" place, but Jill is young, friendly and adorable and she does an incredible job!!! -Megan N

Do not go there! I had purchased a manicure off groupon. I called Christy to make an appointment with her and the number I called was her personal number, not the business number. She didn't have anything available until after Jan. 1st, which I think it's crap to have to wait that long! She is unprofesional and this place is known to have horrible service. Save your time and money. I'm returning my groupon coupon!

Salon rejects customers I called this salon and was told I had to call a stylist's personal phone to make an appointment(weird) so I left her a voicemail which was never returned. I called again the next time I needed a cut- many times with no answer. A stylist finally answered and basically told me she doesn't just to a cut without color and that she was booked up for 6 weeks. The stylist I talked to wasn't very friendly either. disappointed I bought a groupon for a shellac manicure. Had to call the manicurist personally. Got a voicemail. After some phone tag, talked to her and she told me she was very busy because of the groupon. Said she would have to call me back. Called me several days later and left a voicemail telling me when SHE was available, not when I might want to come. Then I was out of town and as trying to contact someone an eighth time to redeem a groupon was not my priority, the groupon expired.

Best Stylists!! Scruples is my all time favorite place to go for an awesome haircut. I've always gone to Jill, and she is excellent! I moved a year ago and still haven't found a replacement. They have great prices, $55 for cut, color, highlights, and style. Its a relaxed, friendly atmoshpere, not snotty at all. It's not a fancy place, but I prefer it over all else.

Disappointed I received a Groupon to Scruples for Christmas from my sister-in-law who lives out of town. When I called and spoke with Christy, she asked me if I had already called and left a message. I said no. She then took my last name and phone number and asked me when I wanted to come in. I said as soon as possible. What a Fiasco! I also had a groupon disaster with this salon. I'm writing this review because I saw that she is doing the groupon again, which I cannot believe since I had such a terrible experience. I bought a groupon for a mani/pedi for a friend and I. It was afterwards that I realized there was only one tech, but this was my own fault and we decided we would deal with it and it wasn't a big deal. The best Jennifer who owns and operates the salon is probably the best colorist in the city. I get nothing but compliments on my hair and how NATURAL it looks. Most people do not now that I color my hair, thanks Jen
