Do not order from Scruggs Farms. I placed an order for two ceiling mount light fixtures on December 31st. I immedately received a Pay Pal receipt, but nothing else. I have had a terrible experience with this place. I placed an order online and immediately received an email confirming the order and that my credit card had been charged. Three days later the company emailed me and says there was a problem with the credit card and I need to call them. I spent three days trying to call them and get someone on the phone but every time I called, I got a busy signal. I had to write this review because I think these guys have gotten a bad rap. Everything I ordered came on time and correct sizes. I was worried because of all the bad reviews but they came through. The email I received after ordering said it could take up to 7 days for processing, so if you're in a hurry go buy what you want at a store. If you want an exceptional price and don't mind the wait, this is your place. They even gave me free shipping. No complaints.
I bought a pair of Timberland Pro Boots from these Scruggs Online because they were the least expensive by far. There were some negative reviews about them so I called before hand and spoke to a lady there who deals with all there online orders. I was satisfied with our conversation and ordered the boots. They arrived a little over a week later and I am very happy overall with my experience. I did receive notification of the shipment and a tracking code. Good experience.
Ordered boots, they took my money, never sent item. E-mail unsuccessful, phone calls unanswered. Save yourself the time and money. One unhappy camper here
I ordered something online a two weeks ago and got it a couple days ago. Yes the online status thing may say its not shipped yet but that doesn't mean anything. I freaked out when I saw some of these reviews online but the next day I called and all was well. It took a couple tries to reach them on the phone but having worked in retail I know it gets crazy. STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN!!!! I bought a pair of boots for my husband and everything looked ok until I printed my receipt that said "unshipped". I tried calling them to find out what this meant, but still i have to talk to a human. The phone number rings busy...I emailed them but no one has returned my email. I have already contacted my bank to put a stop to this transaction. STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN!!!
