This place has a lot more than you would think. House, lawn, garden, pool....
Before you order online, read the fine print. They do not keep their inventory current and their customer service is HORRIBLE. If you order online, be prepared that the item is out of stock and they keep the item showing as available. This is what happened to me. They sent an email that it was out of stock. I found the item online - at a higher price, sent an email asking them to fulfill the order. No response. Called and was told the item was backordered until February. I love shopping with Scruggs, online and in store. They are very polite and willing to answer any question. They also have a wide variety of items. From boots, clothing, hot tubs, toys, feed, and fencing.
Their website is really cool! If you haven't ordered from them before and you are unsure from the negative reviews, I say go ahead and buy from them! I have ALWAYS had great experiences dealing with their customer service. Great selection!
These people have a really cool website if you haven't been to it yet. Sure there is a huge store to go to but the selection of boots and apparel really opens up once you're online. I've ordered from them a couple times (once for in store pick up and once to ship to my house) and both times I haven't had any complaints. I think this place has a nice selection and great prices.
I am from Colorado and a truck driver and every chance I get to come through I visit this location and it's always a blast. They have everything you could ask for, from feed and seed to hardware to cowboy apparel. When I'm not driving and I'm at home and my wife or me needs new pairs of boots we always order from the website and have not had ANY problems from their customer service or from shipping. Ignore the Nay-Sayers. I've done business with them for years and always pleased with my experience.
I don't even like giving them 1 star. What a terrible experience. I would stay away from ordering from them online, they don't have most of the items listed but have no trouble taking your money without communicating with you that the items aren't available. This whole operation is a joke. After not receiving my shipment after several weeks, I decide to call.
