Sliced my girlfriends cat open. Nicks and cuts were expected but ever a gash. Looked like they were trying to skin her.
This store doesn't even deserve 1 star but there wasn't an option for zero stars. My friend took her cat to Scruffy and they cut her wide open. I always see pictures of the haircuts online that they do and they look absolutely horrible. I don't know why anyone would ever want to take their dog to this horrible establishment.
Sydney's first visit and she looks fabulous. We will definitely be back. What a great staff. Thanks for everything.
I was truly pleased with the job they did on my Sam. I had previously took him to a pet store groomer and they traumatized him. The staff here took special care to help Sam with his anxiety issues. They truly are a cut above the others when it comes to caring for your pet. Sam has other issues with knee replacement, long quick's in his nails that are hard to see as they are black , allergies and they were both helpful and knowledgeable with all of them .
