My Shaylin's cute is great but the customer service we got was far from it. We had gotten an amazing impression when we stopped in for information on Saturday and ended up making appointments for a couple of our dogs. The first appointment the cut was beautiful. They had given us a quote on Saturday for $50 for her but when we got there today they said she was too big for a shih tzu and tried to raise it to $65! I have been bringing my Yorkie poo here every few months for the last year or so and they always do a great job. They're sensitive to my dog's needs. My dog has arthritis in her back legs and the groomer took the time to discuss the best way to work around the issue. I really appreciated how she made me feel comfortable. I know this isn't just a job for them. They truly care about your pet.
