The staff at Scruffy to Fluffy was extremely sensitive to the fact that Bella was a rescue and may have not been groomed before. Bella did fairly well for her first grooming and I appreciate the patience the staff had with her. Thanks for making my pretty girl beautiful!
don't like the way they trim nails which was barely and the hair around paws chopped not sure they know what they are doing!
Business response:
If you called to let us know or brought her back at the time, we would of fixed it. The kwiks move out with the nails when they grow. We can only cut them so short without getting the kwik and making the dog bleed.
