Asked for an u scented shampoo, was told the one they use doesn’t have a smell. I have had to scrub my dog four times trying to get the scent out. Also she has been limping since I took her. They didn’t trim her body because they said she was “not a fan of getting her face clipped” it’s frustrating to pay $40 and still have to give your dog a bath yourself.

He was nervous when he first got there as it was his first visit but by the time I picked him up, he was extremely energetic and so happy to be with her. Everyone was so kind and I'd trust Laurie with my baby anyday! I know he will be in great hands during future visits. Thank you a million times over!
