I have been bringing my 2 furbabies here for about a year now... Neither had really been groomed much, so it was a new experience for both. Tina has always done a wonderful job and both kids look amazing every time. I highly recommend bringing your babies to Tina!
I would never trust my animals to come here after what happened to my aunts dog, you can guarantee that if something goes wrong while your baby is in their hands, they will make up stories.. My aunts dog was strangled, he sat there for two hours after the incident,my aunt was not notified, nor did they seek medical attention for him, his eyes were blood shot and he was bleeding from his nose... and once she got there they came up with a bogus story. I do not deny that Baxter was injured at my shop. Fortunately, he has fully recovered. I am very sorry that this happened, and I immediately fired the negligent employee that caused the injury. I have also offered multiple times to pay any and all expenses involved. I invite anyone who is interested or has any questions to call or stop by and talk with me about it. I have done everything possible to be sure nothing like this every happens again. Thank you
Tina is amazing with our two dogs! She takes great care and consideration to their quirky personalities and has even worked one of them through her fear of being at the groomer! She truly goes above and beyond!
