Best Car Wash – Just moved into the area in January. Went to two other full service car washes in the area untill I came across Scruffy who was recommended by a neighbor. My car came out like new! I can't believe all they do for the money. I am from the midwest and all car washes there do a dusting of the dash and vacuum. They never cleaned cup holders. Scruffy Duck did a great job. Wow detail – Neighbor who works at autopark recommended Scruffy Duck Full Service Car wash for a detail.I took my wife's Pilot in for a full detail. Even though they were a little higher than the other detail shop I found,they were cheaper on their large vehicle fees. My wife had not been the best in keeping the car washed and the interior was a mess. When I went back to pick it help it looked new ...WOW. Not worth it... – Poor attududes and lack of professional service gives this place a thumbs down from me. After taking the car in for a wash, it came out worse than before. Interior cleaning was just as poor. You're better off doing the vehicle in your driveway.
Wonderful customer service, Waiting area very relaxing and inviting , nice comfortable chairs, tv and food- I have no problem waiting the short time to get my car done. – I love taking my family cars to Scruffy. The attendants and owner are very welcoming and professional. The waiting room is so inviting. They have oversized stuffed chairs to relax in while you wait. If your hungry you can grab a snack at the snack bar. I don't even mind the wait while they finish getting my car looking great! No doubt the best in the area!!
Friendly, clean and relaxing wait room! – Scruffy Duck is service at its best! The staff is always friendly and hardworking. The waiting room is clean and often has cool, unique items for sale--it's nice to get some shopping done while your car is being washed! And your car comes out sparkling for a very reasonable price!
Good job, but pricey. – I decided to try a different car wash, so I went to Scruffy Duck. Although they did a good job, I was not as pleased with the results as I am with another wash I frequent. Packages are EXPENSIVE and not as substantial. I'll think I'll stick with my other car wash in Cary.
The Duck...Great wash – Friendly staff. Very clean. They do an excellent job cleaning my Chrsler 300 campared to any other car wash that I have taken my vechiele too. I wil be recommending The Duck to all of my friends. PS Love LADIES DAY.....They treat me like a queen.
