I’m really disappointed and honestly upset. My Dad came to town to visit me this morning and needed a bread trim and I sent him to Scruff. He went in and the female barber with short hair and tattoos was going to service him. When she got him to her chair she asked him “are you okay?”. He was okay, I don’t know why she asked him that. Honestly would love to gatekeep but have to give credit where credit is due-Cole G should be called the Ace of Fades. The best blast fade I've received to the point where strangers have gone out of their way to compliment it. Truly listened to my vision, while incorporating the right tweaks to fit my headshape. Huge shout out to Scruffs and the talent of Cole.
Went here for the first time and scheduled a tailored fade. Not worth the price considering the end result and the amount of time it took- my haircut took nearly an hour. Didn’t seem like the barber could get to where I was wanting, so I just called it quits. Good ambiance and the barber was friendly though.
I’m so glad a friend referred me to Brian at Scruff’s! He’s an extraordinarily kind and attentive stylist who always makes sure I leave with a great cut. He has fantastic product recommendations and is such a joy to talk with during each visit. Brian goes above and beyond every time—I couldn’t recommend him more highly!
