Worst policy ever... their booking app doesn’t work to reschedule. If you call them 30 min before they just say they are going to change you... this is ridículos.
I’ve lived in Austin for over 5 years and I can tell you Wayne is the best in the city. He’s not just talented but he also has great taste and has been able to give me perfect results with several different hairstyles. I recommend Wayne and Scruffs to everyone I know

Clarissa at the S 1st location is absolutely amazing! She takes her time to make sure I get exactly what I want each time. Very friendly and great conversation too.
