Came into the store today for a specific type of scrub top to go with pants I already had. Denzel greeted me warmly and asked exactly what I needed. He was really knowledgeable on the materials and brands. When I said I would settle for one of the tops I had being a size too small, he made phone calls and ensured I got exactly what I needed and had it shipped to me. Really glad I stopped by. It was a great experience. I don’t shop brick and mortar stores but I will at this one.
I needed scrubs for a new opportunity and decided to check out Scrubs & Beyond. I have no prior experience with scrubs, so I was already nervous about being overwhelmed and what to look for. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Ms. Key Key. She was so knowledgeable, took the information I gave her and started grabbing pieces for me to try. My experience from start to finish was unsettling. I came in looking for a few items, but from the moment I walked in, there was no acknowledgment at all. The staff were having a conversation about how their conversions were low and discussing what they were supposed to do if families of multiple walk in and don’t purchase now upper management might be stopping by. Don't waste your time with this company. This is the most awful scrub store to order from. I have ordered from them twice. The first time was a few years ago- my order did not ship for weeks and some pieces were on back order with no anticipated date of availability. I checked when ordering to make sure everything was in stock and had an appropriate estimated arrival time, but that was all a waste of time because the website was not accurate. Empoyee Denzel(in-store) went above and beyond to help me get the scrubs that I really wanted through my gift card. While the corporate customer service center for scrubs and beyond was unprofessional and not knowledgeable about thier OWN PRODUCT! Thank you Denzel for all of your help!
