I had such a great experience in-store thanks to Leo. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me warmly and made me feel welcome. He was patient, attentive, and really took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. Leo went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed, and his knowledge about the products was impressive. It’s clear he genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service. Employees like Leo make shopping here a pleasure—I’ll definitely be coming back!
Leo greeted me when I first arrived and immediately picked out the scrubs. The experience was great.
Called a few times to inquire about scrubs I wanted. The second time I called, the worker was rude about not having my exact size. Didn't have the exact size I needed but wanted to go in and see how other sizes would fit me. I arrive there at 6:30pm and the doors are locked, on the door it says they close at 7pm. I called several times and they finally answered and the young male employee unlocks the door and gives no explanation. I bought scrubs from here & I do like them, employees are great! very friendly and nice (except one) However I hate the online store… I bought sets of scrubs online in June & Aug in two different colors and I only received the bottoms. I got an email from them saying I should get the rest of my order around September 5th & never got it. I waited a few days to call and they told me my scrub tops are on low stock. Next day I get an email saying they canceled my order for the tops due to the the wear house being low stocked… I’... read more
Hours online and on the front say they close at 7:00 pm today. We get there at 6:00 and it’s locked. Lights are on but no one answering the phone 🤷🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️
