Customer service was not great today. They didn’t have a size I was looking for. I asked the women working if she could order them online today and she couldn’t but she could check another store for me. First, time I have heard someone say that. Usually they can order online and sent to the house. I went home and found them online. Not happy I had to pay for shipping
Donna at the westland location was very helpful. However, I got my scrubs delivered to my home, Fedex had no location on my package and told me to call the company. Once i called the young lady i spoke with had an attitude for no reason at all. Answered the phone with an attitude and hung up with an attitude. Just for me to get my package and my jacket is missing, I’ve been calling for the last 30 minutes with no answer, this place is too expensive for this mishap, especially when it takes 3-4 weeks to even get the order.
I’ve been buying my scrubs here for a few years due to it being close to my current work community, While they are a bit overpriced The quality is a 10 out of 10. The only negative experience I had was recently with a newer hire, who had a little bit of a bad attitude. The store manager Bryan was amazing!! I was rerouted to this store to order my uniform for my nursing program. Bryan took the time to make sure everything fit perfectly before he sent my uniform to be embroidered. He even offered to have my items shipped to my home since the location was 25 minutes away.
