Best customer service here! Bryan is hands down the most helpful person. He helped me pick out scrubs for me and knew exactly which ones I would like after I explained my fitting. he made us feel so comfortable and not rushed. He deserves a 10 star review!
Not a great selection, and the lady working never even acknowledged us.
My daughter and I arrived at the Westland location about ten minutes before closing, as we were running behind and it was the only day we had to get her scrubs for school on Monday. We felt terrible showing up so close to closing time, hurrying to find what she needed and trying on outfits. However, the store manager, Brian, was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and polite.
