My daughter and I arrived at the Westland location about ten minutes before closing, as we were running behind and it was the only day we had to get her scrubs for school on Monday. We felt terrible showing up so close to closing time, hurrying to find what she needed and trying on outfits. However, the store manager, Brian, was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and polite. Not even open according to the hours listed. It’s 10:45 and no one’s here. Make sure you call ahead of time to see if they’re open because the hours on Google aren’t right.

I ended up stopping by 15 minutes before close and the customer service was still great. Really appreciate the help and glad I was able to get another pair of scrubs that I like!

Hands down the best customer service I’ve experienced in all of my 36 years. Brian is so welcoming, bright and incredibly focused on customer satisfaction. He goes above and beyond. He deserves an enormous raise. It is so difficult to find people that genuinely love what they do. This gentleman loves to work, and he loves people. Thank you, Brian

Out of the few Scrubs & Beyond stores I have been to, the Westland store is the best one yet! Everytime I go in the staff is absolutely amazing, sweet and very helpful! This time Bryan and Donna were the ones working and the best I’ve worked with thus far!! :) as soon as I was walked in Bryan and Donna greeted me with the most welcoming smile and “hello, how are you doing” very bubbly and again very helpful! Westland store is definitely my go to!
