I purchased the $11 wash in the touch-free bay and somehow my car was dirtier when I got out than when I came in. I called the number listed for the car wash and was told that a manager wasn't available at 3:30pm on a Thursday! After being told by someone who works "next door at Adam and Eve" and "just helps out" that there was "nothing (she could) do because (she) wasn't responsible for the machine," I was offered a FREE CAR WASH?! One star...there was water! Touchless bay..not a good job. Other bay...quarters were shoved into the card slot. Directions poor. Wash poor but better than the first bay. Equipment inside cracked and broken and very squeaky. Will not use this place again!
