I went there last night, I tried using my card then my friends card and both wouldn’t work. The machine kept saying “card unable to be read” and to insert $5 so I paid $20 in cash expecting to receive change back and never got it; nor a receipt. We called and left a message and no one has returned our call. The wash wasn’t bad but definitely wasn’t worth $20!
I went to wash my car, and paid. Drove into the stall until the green flashing light turned to yellow "back-up". I backed up. It would never stop flashing. I backed all the way out and tried again. Never did get the car washed. I called the number and left a voice message. No return call. Called again. Same thing. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. I will tell everyone I know about this.

What day and time did this happen? Also when did you call? If you can provide us this info we will check the record and if there was a malfunction we would be glad to refund your money. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Nothing works and employees tell you tough luck. No thank you
The people writing these reviews have to be friends and relatives and employees. Read the Google reviews for the real ones. I spent $15 yesterday and still have a dirty car. None of their stuff works.

Best place in town to stop by! Most places complain about mud, not here! Usually always stop here headed back from DTOR!
