If I could give 0 stars, I would. Forget the $20 hold they put on your card... I used the soap setting first, then switched to water, and the soap setting would not turn off for over a minute. When it was partly water, there was still soap in the water making it impossible to clean off. I had to go back home & wash it with my own hose. I then tried to call them about this, and no one will answer the phone.
