Just had my oil changed by the friendliest technician...everything was checked and I feel confident about the things checked out. And I got a free car wash afterwards.
I went here a lot when I lived in Oak Creek and always had great service. I spent the last couple years out of the area, before moving back. I went in for an oil change thinking I was 1000 miles overdue, as the last couple times I went to a location in Racine. A tech named Jeff informed me that due to my oil and filter I have been getting for awhile now, I wasnt actually due for an oil change for another 1000 miles. I went on Memorial Day and was unaware they were closing earlier that day. Luckily the kind man at the shop offered to squeeze me in. He was very thoughtful and thorough and didn't seem at all bothered by me being there five minutes before their planned early close. Definitely recommend this place for an oil change and look forward to returning as well!
I really hope that scrub a dub is really paying attention to the customer reviews because I have ran into more than these few people who have complained about Service and about the repairs that has to be done to their vehicles. If someone is reading these posts from scrub a dub I would really like for you to reply so that the customers know that someone is listening at scrub a dub. So many people like myself are depending on your services so I hope this really matters to you guys.
We are filing a lawsuit tomorrow. .called fox 6 news ..and are exposing the terrible awefull job they do here ....i have ten other complaints from people saying you messed up there car too.this will take a long n legal battle but you will lose more then just one business because of this
