This dry cleaner is neither nice nor quick. Taken items there on two separate occasions with two different workers both snobby and rude. They act like the clothing you bring in requires a hazmat suit to process the cleaning process. Both times taking over a week to get a simple dry cleaning done. Unfortunately in a small town like Oneida you don’t need to have the best services to stay in business and it shows. You aren’t going to win a Nobel Prize running a dry cleaner; get over yourselves.
Everyone is very nice and gets the job done quickly. They are amazing!
