Would never hire this company again!
Called here during the cold snap for frozen pipes. The charge for the service call and first hour was quoted at $750. I get charging a premium around Christmas, but that is outright extortion and completely absurd. Nope. I'm not paying the house payment in Boca or your kid's college tuition in one visit.
They tell you upfront they charge a service call fee which I am fine with as it applies towards your total what they don't tell you is their fees are 3-4 times that of any other plumber so basically you either pay the fee and say adios or pay the fee and let them do the job at an outrageous price. Not sure they really know wth they are doing tbh. Just call another plumber and save yourself
Prompt service, easy to work with, very affordable, highly professional. All of the qualities that you want when some on is in your house working. I have used Brian Scroggins Plumbing several times and things just keep getting better. Brian has a really great group of guys that are knowledgeable and there working for you. I wouldn't call anyone else to do plumbing in my home.
Mike clearly communicated what time he would be here. And was even earlier than he estimated. Was in and had my leak fixed quickly. Thanks!
