Waiting time was too long around 50 minutes. Dr Itkin was nice, explained treatment options, and changed medicine by messaging on MyChart App.
Waiting time is horrible! I waited 50 minutes.
Dr.Benjamin Kelly and staff plus assistant Nathan, worked and communicated at the highest level of knowledge, compassion, accraccy, and speed, that I have seen yet, with my experiences with medical personnel. I'm around medical personel quite a bit, with my two 92 year old parents, raised kids, my diabetic husband, and my own treatment. The pavilion is located on the coast with a wonderful ocean feel and view. I can't say enough for their work and bedside matter. Thank you Shiley.
