Came for evaluation. Asked for 24h access to unit. Was told only business companies can. The person collected my info. Said would be following up after checking to supervisor on following day. To see for an exception. That follow up never came. Sounds to me a bit unprofessional to compromise and don’t follow up. I closed on other place 3x cheaper and professional.
Best storage facility in the area. It's in a convenient yet safe location, and the facility is clean and well-kept, easy to access and maneuver with wide lanes. The staff was remarkably warm, honest, and helpful, even talked me down from a larger unit which I was grateful for. Rates are very fair, security is top-notch, and super easy to jam in and out of (even in a larger truck like mine). I toured a few other facilities in the area and nothing compared to Scripps Poway. Will rent here for a while!
Long-term customer ! Very clean, secure storage facility. Good location and no safety concerns ever.! On-site management is great, responsive and always helpful. And nice!!
Best self storage facility in Southern California. Easy access for all vehicles including big rigs.
