I’ve been going to this location multiple times throughout my pregnancy and each visit seems to get better and better. The front desk is helpful and kind as well as efficient with scheduling/payments. Today was a special day for me as I had Michelle perform my ultrasound. The attention from everyone has been more than amazing. My daughter was referred to a specialist due to her minor high risk pregnancy. We’re so glad to have been referred. It gave our family so much peace of mind and hope for a healthy delivery.
I don’t usually leave reviews—let alone negative ones—but our experience at Scripps Perinatology was so disappointing, it felt almost negligent. First off, customer service is abysmal. When I called to schedule or follow up on testing, I was met with vague responses, endless delays, and no clarity. The front desk gave me the runaround. It felt like they didn’t want to help. It’s baffling and incredibly frustrating.
I’m sharing my experience today because I’m disappointed. I went in for an ultrasound/ 8 months pregnant ( the tech was polite, informative and professional) due to gestational diabetes. At the end I asked if they could take my blood pressure since I was there and because I’ve been monitoring it daily but my cuff at home broke. I’m also a nurse; I know my chances of preeclampsia are increased with my diagnosis of GDM, how suddenly preeclampsia can occur and the fatality rate.
