Nearly impossible to find. And I’ve been here once before! The parking signs lead you to the wrong lot, and then it’s just a big maze. The elevators don’t even have a guide to tell you where to go. Otherwise, the assistance was good.
They don’t provide any useful services anymore as of November 2019. Not sure what the new medical director was thinking. Switching to UCSD health.
DO NOT GO HERE. Me and my partner were both charged $288 for standard very quick office visits (flu, strep symptoms), which is more than double the maximum advertised rate on their website. Also, we were not notified of any charges at all until January 1st, MONTHS after our visits, when our insurance deductibles had of course reset. DO NOT GO HERE.
Why is it called “express” if it’s a 2+ hour wait? Better off going to an urgent care. Parking here is a pain. Overall not worth the hassle... if you’re sick and need to see a doctor or PA, try somewhere else.
The PA that that helped me out was Chelsea Braesch and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. She had a concrete answer for every question I asked and even added additional details to help me better understand my symptoms/sickness. I made an appointment at 12pm and walked in 15 minutes early and was seen right away. Overall, I had a great experience.
