As others have said, it’s impossible to get through on the phone. Also, they don’t have adequate appointments available and weren’t able to get me in nearly enough after my hip surgery. Further, the PT pushed my hip Into ranges of motion that were not appropriate for where I was at in my recovery. Ultimately my surgery failed and I had to have a revision. I called on a Monday at 10:50am and was on hold for an hour and 15 minutes before I opted to just hang up. I’ll be dropping by the office to see if there is actually anyone there to schedule a new patient appointment for me.

I should have read the reviews before I tried to schedule an appointment! All were absolutely correct!

I decided to try to make an appointment with them despite all these comments. The ring hangs up right away. Tried for 10min and I completely wasted my time. I see they leave comments saying they are gonna improve blah blah, well it seems like they didn’t even read your comment and copy pasted whatever.

Physical therapist is great. But be aware when they are short staffed they turn off the phones and won’t answer. If you choose selection 4 you will be on hold forever (40 minutes before I got there to talk to them to cancel and reschedule an appointment unfortunately)
