Great providers and healthcare is great. However, horrible customer service with the receptionists. One in particular is always super rude and gives me an attitude when I call. Honestly, it makes me not even want to call and schedule my appointments. For this reason, I cannot put all 5 stars.

I especially want to thank Franklin Chung-Han Tsai, MD！ He was recommended to me by his patient my friend.
