Walked in - told check in I had an appointment. Lady at check in said, no wait, sign in.. Filled out form. Paid Co pay... waited an hour, went back to check in and asked why. Check in said, "Oh sorry, you're supposed to be on the second floor. I reimbursed your $50 co pay. I take the elevator up, check in at different location, they said wait was 30 min and another copay.
