DO NOT GO HERE. READ THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. I had a visit that was supposed to be my annual visit which is always covered by insurance (I’ve been going to obgyn doctors for over 10 years now with the same insurance). I went in with no problems and just needed my prescriptions filled. I am very disappointed by my experience thus far. I had requested some lab work and ultrasound to evaluate my overall health and even offered to cover the cost; my request was denied. They did not see any benefit in my request. What if something is wrong with me? Will they be held accountable for a missed diagnosis ? What is the harm in ordering the tests? I will not be returning to this office.
As an international patient who wanted to reach to Scripps for consulation, I could never reach Scripps through the international patient service hotline/nor filling the online form as stated on their website. Finally I called in the clinic after finding the number and they say I have to send in my documents by fax--It's year 2023 !!! I have to spend a lot of money to send international fax sending over tens of pages to them and no one responded at the promised 1-week time.
