It is not crowded, easy to walk in and get the urgent care or lab work. The parking lot on the back side (north) has lot of empty spaces. The entrance to this clinic is little tricky as there is no big name board sign when you are entering the complex. The cell phone signal is very weak, if possible get screenshots of health insurance ID card before arriving.
Pretty horrible to schedule a appointment at 7:50 just to have to wait another 20 minutes. What was the point of scheduling a appointment if yall don't care. Only positive Alyssa person in training did great drawing my blood
Serena is the best!! I struggle with getting my blood drawn and Serena makes it quick and easy!
