Dr Ross, fire Cassandra. I realize good help is hard to find, but your practice deserves better.
I came this morning for a laser, I am doing this procedure for a wile now, and I like it a lot. I usually come on Saturdays when Dc Ross open the facility that is amazing so I don’t have to take a day off, there isn’t a lot of doctors willing to do that. Today was a little different, but I just wanted to say that Dc Ross is amazing, i got nervous and overwhelmed and he has been very kind, generous and understanding. Terrible experience with sclerotherpies without numbing cream, everything was fast without paying attention to the patient discomfort, came back for the fourth times for the dark spots that caused by the treatment and Dr.Russ mentioned those will go away but they have never gone away and stayed on my legs as permanent dark spots. During that treatment I had some filler jovederm, my face looked terrible and uneven on both sides, went back next day and complained and he ask me to go and find another doctor.
