Had the best experience with Dr. Lane one could want in meeting a new GI. Thank you for taking the time to get into my history and set up what is needed in the future. It was a pleasure to meet her- highly recommend for both clinical skills and her compassion!
Dr. Lane was very understanding and a good listener at the first visit. When the system was down due to the cyber attack, I tried to reach her by phone several times and sent text messages, because I was in a great deal of pain, but none of my messages were returned with answers to my problem. Dr. Lane is a walking Angel. She brought me out of a horrific reflux situation where I truly thought I would not survive. She has been my specialist now for 9 years. I would never go to anyone else. She is the best.
