I enjoy my position. I think our compensation could be increased, maybe have an incentives program for scribes/entire staffs that demonstrate excellence in scribing (ex: paid baseball game tickets, stipend for GRE/MCAT study material, etc.)
I was hired as a Scribe, but a couple days later they emailed saying their contract is over with the hospital. They asked me if I wanted to work for another department which I accepted. However, no matter how many times I have contacted them, they never got back to me. Now I see a posting for the same city!
