While living in Kent I would find a reason to come here just about every day if I could; whether for the exceptional variety of teas and pastries, to check out a book that caught my eye previously in the week (the walls are lined with bookshelves), or simply just to enjoy the warmth and comfort that shop and its baristas provide. I recommend the coconut matcha latte, and stopping by on a Friday evening to see if you can catch an excellent local folk band that often plays here then.
This is THE best coffee shop ever!!! When I was going to school at Kent, I would go to Scribbles and study. The owners and workers are always so welcoming and friendly. This is the perfect spot to unwind! Keep on keepin' on!!
The Sulawasi coffee is my absolute favorite! If that's not available, the Java, Cuban, or tea are great. This place has, hands down, the best coffee in Kent and Akron. Tried a lotttt of coffee and their fair trade beans are thee most unique tasting! The environment is also very comfortable and the staff is friendly.
It was a very cute place loved it! I loved how relaxed and comfortable the atmosphere was.
