We absolutely love our retractable screens on our patio! Great company and great service.
Initial install of our motorized patio screens was about three years ago. This went smoothly with no surprises. The screens looked and worked great and the installers demonstrated good attention to detail. Since then we've had two minor issues. One was noise which they came out and addressed within a few days. The second was more recent. A one one inch section of the screen separated from the ribbon of material that runs in the tracks on each side of screen. The guys that installed our screens were very courteous, professional, and diligent in their efforts! The screens are great, no rain came through them several days ago after the installation. They screens allow us to see a muted view out but prevent others from looking in, unless when viewed from very close up! Totally satisfied with the product, service, and installation!
Great customer service, quick response and turn around, high quality service! Highly recommend!!!
They were prompt on time and did great work. The dispatcher was very friendly as well.
