Phenomenal initial communication, great onsite screen builders - we are super impressed! We had a bit of a unique request for a HUGE screen for the end of our screened pergola so the view wouldn't be blocked by studs (unless my husband decided to stand there lol). The end result was fantastic - we couldn't be more pleased! Editing this two years later to add that the screen has held up BEAUTIFULLY. Freaking awesome - we love it!

Initial install of our motorized patio screens was about three years ago. This went smoothly with no surprises. The screens looked and worked great and the installers demonstrated good attention to detail. Since then we've had two minor issues. One was noise which they came out and addressed within a few days. The guys that installed our screens were very courteous, professional, and diligent in their efforts! The screens are great, no rain came through them several days ago after the installation. They screens allow us to see a muted view out but prevent others from looking in, unless when viewed from very close up! Totally satisfied with the product, service, and installation!
