I had my iPhone 7 screen repaired which cost me $250. I promptly put a glass screen protector and case on it. The next day I plugged the phone into the charger dropped it to the counter three inches below my hand and the screen shattered again. This shouldn't have happened. The guy kept telling me I "must have hit it with something". I absolutely did not. Either the screen was defective or the work was. Either way, he was rude and accusatory and didn't back up his work. Never again!

Im sorry you feel that way. There is nothing I can do. I was 100% nice to you even though you came into my store, accusing me of doing bad work, and raising your voice in front of another customer, because you broke your screen again. I even offered you discounted rate for another repair. There was an obvious nick out of the glass where you had dropped it and it hit something. You could easily see all the cracks coming from a point right next to the hole for your earpiece. It landed on something. Nobody would have warrantied... read more
Best customer service and price by far. It just wouldn't make sense to go anywhere else .
We've been here several times cracked screens and tempered glass screen protectors. Great work aND great prices.
Excellent customer service above and beyond!!! They replaced my screen with a new one but it was a faulty one. They replaced that one free of charge and threw in a new speaker and screen protector for free. They were polite and understanding the whole time! They also quickly worked us in!

I had just bought an iphone from buy sell and trade and hubby barely dropped it and the screen wouldnt come on. Thankfully we went to screen saviors and they fixed it. I definetly recommend this place to anyone
