This place truly impressed me from start to finish . Everything about the experience felt carefully thought out and beautifully executed. The food was absolutely delicious, and you can really tell that a lot of attention goes into both the ingredients and the preparation. I'll start by saying that this was my first time at Scratch and it might have been an off day. I very much support small businesses and think we need more of them, and I loved the vibe at this restaurant! That being said, almost everything else left a lot to be desired. We went on a Sunday late-morning. Our server was very nice, but the service itself was incredibly slow and clunky. We had to chase him down to get a refill on coffee.
