Had the WORST breakfast here yesterday from the moment I walked in. Waiting to be seated while the servers are standing around feeding their faces. Food cold, English muffin not even toasted for the veggie Benedict with not many veggies. Told the (very sweet) server, she offered another meal, but I'm running out of time & Tim done. Manager (?) comes over, leans against wall, crosses her arms 'hear something wrong here' Doesn't offer to remove the meal from bill after above story told. Had my Birthday brunch there on 4/6/17. I love their various Egg Benny's! I also enjoy that we get carafes of hot water and coffee as well as water! I don't have to keep asking for more beverages! I also appreciate the coupon I received for my birthday that covered my meal!
My food was cold , but they fixed about the 3rd time the young lady had an attitude
