Had the WORST breakfast here yesterday from the moment I walked in. Waiting to be seated while the servers are standing around feeding their faces. Food cold, English muffin not even toasted for the veggie Benedict with not many veggies. Told the (very sweet) server, she offered another meal, but I'm running out of time & Tim done. Manager (?) comes over, leans against wall, crosses her arms 'hear something wrong here' Doesn't offer to remove the meal from bill after above story told. Had my Birthday brunch there on 4/6/17. I love their various Egg Benny's! I also enjoy that we get carafes of hot water and coffee as well as water! I don't have to keep asking for more beverages! I also appreciate the coupon I received for my birthday that covered my meal!
took my mother in-law for breakfast early Saturday morning. Seated and Hostess took our coffee order, 5 minutes later our server showed with the coffee pot(nice touch along with carafe of water). She took our order and in roughly 10 minutes our order showed. I ordered the skillet breakfast with the Mexican theme, looked good however it was lukewarm. My MIL's French Toast looked like flattened egg covered bread Frisbee. She liked it but to me it didn't look appealing. I would probably return to give it a 2nd chance.
Food there is ALWAYS good. Got there at the right time, enjoyed our breakfast and before we left the place was packed.
Quite a busy Sunday morning, but the staff kept it moving. We were never there before, so imagine my shock when a server bringing my food was ringing jingle bells and telling me my meal was free because I got the BLUE plate. Food was good too! We will go back again.
It was just an off day. Service was great as usual. The food not so much. Eggs not fluffy at all. It was like a plastic toy egg. First bacon was under cooked. Then like chewing on leather belt. Never like this before.
