I sincerely wish I'd have never done business with these snakes. They rob you with a smile on their face. The work was good, but the estimate was intentionally misleading, and ended up being over 50% more than what I expected to be paying. Then, after that, they had the gall to hard sell me to replace the central air that they reinstalled with the new furnace. I will never do business with these crooks again, and wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.

I would never use this company again if you paid me. Rips offs, can't send a itemized bill after multiple attempts of talking to the supervisor. Tech was rude and cant take boots off on white carpets.

This company is unresponsive does not back up their work. We had a floor drain snaked which backed up almost immediately and upon calling on a Saturday to have them come back out they wanted to charge us time and a half for redoing a job they didn’t do the first time. We asked for a callback on Monday from a manager and didn’t get a call. I called back on Wednesday and left him a message and now it’s Friday and we have yet to hear back.

I have never written a review before but feel obligated due to the experience I have had with SCR Northern. For the past six years I have been a loyal SCR Northern customer. Initially, I needed a valve replaced on my furnace ($400 or $500 can’t remember). Worked great. Then I had a Trane air conditioner installed in 2012 ($2000).
