Extremely poor customer service.. though they advertise flexibility, in reality they are more rigid than most hotels, especially in a time of national emergency during a pandemic. Would not give any sort of refund or credit option after flights were cancelled, even worse is that we used to be repeat customers.. will never book here again and advise anyone else against booking here.
When we arrived we were told that the room we reserved was not available! That was the first red flag. It only got worse! Our sheets were dirty and had stains/hair. It took us thirty minutes for them to locate an ice bucket and all ice is regulated at front desk! Witnessed multiple customers get frustrated with having to wait over twenty minutes at the front desk before someone would greet them.
