I’ve been a tenant in the Oak Park building for over a year and have had a good experience with both the building itself and the management. I emailed Deb Sloan who was a big help when I first moved in and mentioned wanting more light for the back of the building entrance. Within 2 weeks they had put up bright lights all around every entrance and I feel safe entering the apartment from the back due to this security feature. All of my other maintenance issues have been addressed promptly with care.
This is a horrible business! No one is capable of doing their job or answering the phone. We have been waiting for a $1,000 security deposit for the last two months and still have not gotten it back. Do not rent with these people.
Great building - shady owner and management.
