Took my company truck here to get detailed. Made an appt for Monday and told them it needed to be back to the office by Monday evening, they said no problem. Wednesday morning I got to the office (2 days later) and the truck was nowhere to be found. I called them and they said they were just starting to work on it. If an appointment was scheduled for Monday, why did they not start it on Monday? Me and my husband were browsing for vehicles and stumbled upon Ferrario and we found a vehicle that we both liked and was well in our price range so he had set up an appointment to take a look at the vehicle. Long story short, we were both very satisfied with the service! Courtney made us feel very welcomed before we even walked inside the dealership. We recently walked in to just look around to see what they had that would accommodate our family and the staff was very friendly especially our salesperson Courtney, she was very friendly and helpful in finding the perfect vehicle for us. We will definitely be giving them our business the next time we need a vehicle.
