Scout Property Management has managed the rental of our property for 7 years. We have currently taken possession of the house back and are very happy to be ending our association with Scout. While most things with the house have been taken care of, timeliness and good communication have been issues. Our experience with Scout as property owner has been excellent! Our property manager (Grattan) explained everything very well, responsive to emails & texts, and ultimately found a great tenant for us. We feel reassured that our property (and tenant) will be taken care of. They also have a good system both for tenants as well as for landlords.
