After multiple not great rental experiences, it was such a breath of fresh air for us to have Scout Property Management. They are prompt, professional, and everything we ever needed was accomplished easily and efficiently. As a renter, you will be lucky to have them as your property manager. It’s so nice to not have to chase or debate about things that need to be addressed. Thank you, Andrea and team Scout!
Andrea and her team are fantastic. They are quick to respond and accommodate with maintenance issues, friendly to deal with, and employ modern tech to make everything smooth and user friendly. Great company.
I wish I could give zero stars. My experience with Scout Property Management has been a steady stream of broken promises and radio silence. Maintenance requests sit untouched for weeks — I’ve had to follow up three and four times on the same issue just to get a response, let alone a fix. Calls go to voicemail, emails go unanswered for days, and when someone finally does respond, it’s usually just to deflect. What’s most frustrating is the complete unwillingness to take ownership.
