Sometimes it is easy to complain and find reasons to be upset at Scout Energy for one reason or another, but we must realize that there are way too many government regulations and hoops we all are required to jump through. I have had contact with a few different ladies trying to get my issues resolved and they were helpful and listened to my exhausting complaints. I appreciate their patience and understanding. We all worked together and we were able to get everything resolved. Thank you ladies for your time and energy. 🙂
I have found Scout to be very responsive when I email questions. Scout was extremely helpful to me in doing some name & address changes. I give Scout Energy 2 thumbs up!
They've been using our land for a long tme, never bothering to contact us. We need to collect back royalties and they sent us to Just Answer. Just Answer requires a constant monthly fee which I shouldn't have yo pay as an owner. Please don't put me through any problems. I don't deserve this.
