They do not answer the phone and do not return your voicemails.
I have sent emails and called numerous times and get zero response. Even sent an email to the CEO - no response whatsoever. Worst customer service EVER! Seriously - how do you just hang up the phone saying "no one is available to take your call" and not return any email messages. I've never had service this poor!
