A++++++++ customer service! I ordered the wrong product and not only were they fast and very helpful in me getting the correct product but when it arrived they had included a kind note and gifts! Super super positive experience. And customer service aside, I love the size and quality of their products and the ability to customize the pages between lined, doted, or blank. Nothing more annoying than when you love everything about a notebook but don't like the pages! Would absolutely recommend and will buy again!
I paid extra for express production so I'd have these in time for an event, and they arrived a week earlier than expected! Everything looks great, I'm very happy with the quality, look, and feel of the books. Customer service was amazing.
