We have had great customer service for years. Larry must have been having a bad day for the one couple. We have never had that experience. Perhaps they went in with a bad attitude and demanding.
Very poor customer service. Larry the parts manager argued with us about returning an item then we waited 45 minutes longer while he ignored us and not wanted to help us. Ridiculous!

Drove from south of Louisville to buy a used Scag Wildcat. Nathan was very helpful and they actually wanted to help unlike many dealers in Louisville that I have visited. I will be returning for annual maintenance.

I think this place is a joke an there customer service is the worst I've ever seen. Spent $11,000 over there an over a $1000 a week later after the sell on parts an labor to fix the mowers and I still have the same problems an find more wrong every day. #boycottscottys
