Dr. Subba Dhanwada, Mercy Medical Center While I was coming from my work, an young student from DMACC tired to enter into my line on I-235 (from right line) and hit my passenger side of the front bumper. The Cadillac CTS passer side front bumper and the right front wheel were damaged. I maintain my car in good condition and was devastated with this incident and damage to my car. I just can't say enough with how happy I am with Scotty's. My car (parked) was hit by a semi and their self insured adjusters were horrible to deal with. Kim is a saint for having to talk to them. The wait was longer than expected ONLY because of waiting on the part from manufacturer and Kim kept me updated which I am so grateful for! It was so worth the wait (and again - that was NOT their fault lol) I picked up my vehicle and it was beauitful - detailed, and they fixed my back up light for me as well!!! Recommended08 VW GTI: So I have been searching for a fairly rare bumper for about 4-5 months and I finally found it. Went to a few body shops and they tried to sell me on so many other things, then I stopped at Scotty's. They were super friendly and very easy to talk to. They quoted me at a fair price to repair and repaint my bumper. They got it on Monday and I got it back that same week! I just want to say a HUGE thank you to Scotty's Body Shop for fixing my car and making it look even better than it did before! I was backed into last friday, took it in Wednesday and got back today. They work fast, efficiently AND they detailed it for me without me even asking. I'm very very impressed and will take my car there anytime I need anything done. You're the best Scotty ❤

Kim was so helpful, patient, & kind even though I didn't know much about what my insurance did & didn't offer. when I dropped my damaged car off for the repairs, they had a rental there waiting for me! HUGE bonus for convenience & thoughtfulness (it's a 2019 Nissan versa, very similar to my 2016 toyota Corolla. love it!). she also gave me a discount on the deductible (a monthly special) which is also top notch. I had my jeep fixed by Scotty's this week and they did an amazing job! It looks like a brand new SUV. I have taken mine and my families vehicles there for 10+ years and they have always done a great job! Everyone is always so nice and helpful with all the details! Kim was especially helpful with organizing my rental car and insurance information! Thank you Scotty's for always making my experience a GREAT one!!
We have now had Scotty's work on both our cars. In a span of less than 6 months, no less. Both times, everyone was SO kind and SO helpful, and our cars are better for it! I especially like not having to worry about getting my own rental, and how you guys truly handle everything for me. Thanks for making our stressful situation[s] so much less stressful!
