This is by far the best mechanic I’ve ever been to. They are honest- they don’t make up imaginary problems to steal your money, and give straight forward answers to your questions. They are fair- if they didn’t find an issue and didn’t fix anything they don’t charge you. They are personable- every time I go in I’m treated with respect and courtesy. They are reliable- I have never had any issues after being serviced by this company. They even offer rides if you have no other transportation!

About 2 months ago, I took my car here for the first time based on recommendations. I was satisfied with the work and how I was treated, but within a week of having the work done, I found out strictly by chance that I was charged almost $306 for an alternator that I could have purchased myself at NAPA for $195. I can understand a markup, but this is unacceptable and totally outrageous in my opinion. I spoke with Scott a few times but we could never come to a settlement.
